MovieStickerは、名前の通り、デスクトップに動画を再生する付箋紙を貼り付けるようなイメージのソフトです。 DesktopBGM（拙作）の動画版のような感じです。
最近は音楽も音だけでなくPV（プロモーションビデオ）などで楽しむ機会が増え、 携帯電話向けの着信ムービーなども一般的になってきました。 MovieStickerはそういったPVをPC作業のBGMとして流すなどの用途に、 特に向いていると思います。
設定やコントロールはタスクトレイのアイコンから行うようになっており、動画表示部はデスクトップ上の最背面に配置されるため （壁紙の一部になったような感じです）、デスクトップ上の他のアプリケーションの作業の邪魔になりません。
再生リストも複数作成して保存することができます。
